His identity was first exposed by his friend Spiderman in a letter but the letter comes in the hand of Karen and foggy and they read also this and after that, a TV station reports to the world that Matt Murdock is daredevil while he is working in san Francisco. After that, his identity was printed on a tabloid of major newspaper headlines and S.H.I.E.L.D also read this article that FBI discovers Matt Murdock is Daredevil.
